My name is Giovanni DiBlasio and I am happy to be a member of Resources Real Estate.
I spent my first 10 years as a resident of Monmouth County, residing in Lincroft. From there, my family and I moved north a bit to Middlesex County but I always knew I belonged back by the shore. (Something about being close to the water always made me happy!)
Now I help other people by serving this great area in any way I can as a Realtor. The homes in this area are amazing and I love that this position allows me to explore all the beauty this place has to offer as well as share it with others.
My passion for real estate stemmed from a desire to be financially independent. This led me down the path of real estate investing and from there, I found myself wanting to guide others through the murky waters of real estate transactions. Identifying investment opportunities which provide my clients with great potential rewards, as well as helping others find a place to call home, is deeply rewarding.
Working as a bartender throughout college and as a Client Support Analyst in financial services after graduation from Rutgers, I quickly realized that working with people and forging great relationships is something I wanted to do everyday. Earning trust, educating with market knowledge and providing professional service: this is what separates me from other agents and what makes my clients feel more like friends.
