Married with two sons, Director of Commercial Division, JoAnn Davenport is a Colts Neck resident. Living in Monmouth County for more than 25 years gives her great insight into local communities. Some 20 years ago after trying many different careers, she decided to become a Realtor. JoAnn has always believed people need a comfortable place to come home to. Knowing they have that place allows them to get through anything the day throws at them. It's been a great sense of accomplishment to JoAnn to help people acquire that special home. Now, as a commercial Realtor, JoAnn applies the same core belief to finding the perfect new workplace or investment property for her clients.
She joined the Resources Real Estate team because of her respect for founding partner Carolynn Ozar-Diakon and managing partner Thomas McCormack and the way they treat people and the way they do business. Taking her cue from them, JoAnn says, “I go above and beyond for my clients to resolve any issue that concerns them. My goal is always to do the right thing for my clients. I want everyone I work with to believe they are the most important client I’ve ever had.”
JoAnn loves her work but in her free time enjoys spending time with family and friends, entertaining, baking, and fishing.
