Having grown up in Germany and Russia before living in New Jersey, I have experienced old European architecture as well as modern sustainable design, which has instilled an appreciation for the diversity of a quality built environment.
I am fascinated with the long-lasting impact of real estate on people, art, culture and communities and enjoy learning about the progress and improvements that real estate can bring to families as well as businesses.
Through my continued studies at the Harvard Extension School's Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Finance & Investment, I am learning the ins & outs of market research, property valuation, leverage, investment forecasting and the development of communities. I live in Monmouth County and focus on the local CRE market. I enjoy meeting people and appreciate honesty, reliability and trustworthiness.
