Resources Real Estate is pleased to announce the addition of Jennifer Sofia Harrison to their Commercial Sales Division. With over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team.
One of Jennifer’s significant achievements was her role as Asset Manager for Toys R Us, where she managed a portfolio of over 500 owned and leased locations nationwide. Her responsibilities included negotiating transactions, obtaining approvals for large-scale projects, and developing relationships with national and local tenants.
Jennifer’s career in commercial real estate began as a real estate paralegal where she gained valuable experience in managing a portfolio of shopping centers, warehouses, and office spaces. This early exposure to the legal aspects of real estate laid the foundation for her successful career in the industry.
After her tenure at Toys R Us, Jennifer joined the Retail Team at Cushman & Wakefield, where she provided retail brokerage services to the company’s national client base as well as new clients. She has also worked at Colliers International, Justin Commercial, and The Network Realty Group, where she honed her skills in landlord and tenant representation, sales, and purchases.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has successfully negotiated numerous transactions and agreements, earning a reputation for her professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional client service. She is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), showcasing her commitment to staying current with industry trends and best practices.
