Born and raised in Rumson, Nicholas McCabe has one great advantage that benefits his clients. "I know everyone and have extensive knowledge of the area and the homes, which gives my clients a much deeper perspective on the property and the community."
A realtor with Resources Real Estate since 2012, Nicholas has always been interested in residential real estate and likes working with people. He chose to work with Resources because "it seemed like a younger, more vibrant environment." He also draws on his 20 years in banking, most recently with JP Morgan Chase. "I love the satisfaction that comes from meeting and exceeding clients’ expectations."
Nicholas attended Holy Cross Christian Brothers Academy and graduated from Pace University. He’s a trustee of the Monmouth County Historical Association and heads the committee to enhance the association's Taylor Butler Home, located in Middletown. He enjoys the area's activities, especially during the summer months at the beach, swimming and tennis.
