NJ Real Estate Prep to Host Inaugural Regional Professional Development Conference.

Realtors in the Monmouth and Ocean County area will be inspired to grow their practice, price point, and potential at “Elevate,” an upcoming training event presented by NJ Real Estate Prep (NJREPREP). Scheduled for
Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at the Navesink Country Club in Middletown, NJ, Elevate will be the school’s first-ever regional professional development conference targeted for Monmouth/Ocean realtors.

Featured guest speakers will be Keri Zoumas, Andrew Krantz, Pasquale Menna, and Amy Burr, plus a representative from the attorney general’s office and a panel of top-producing real estate agents who will
share their experience and insight. Gateway Mortgage and Resources Title are the event sponsors. The morning will begin with a continental breakfast and networking opportunities at 9:00 a.m., followed by three one-hour conference sessions from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Topics will include:

  • Mindset motivation to improve sales performance with real estate coach Keri Zoumas.
  • A legal panel discussion of the Law Against Discrimination and the new Attorney General
  • Memorandum to housing providers, with a special representative from the NJ State Civil Rights
    Division in Trenton. Attendees will have the opportunity to earn one “fair housing” continuing
    education credit hour, pending approval with the Real Estate Commission.
  • A strategic panel discussion with top agents on how to elevate your median home sale price point.
